7. Safety and Liability
The Company will take reasonable precautions to avoid damage to the Client's property. However, the Company is not liable for any pre-existing damages, or damage to hidden or unmarked utilities, structures, or landscaping.
8. Hazardous Materials
The Company does not handle or dispose of hazardous materials. It is the Client's responsibility to disclose the presence of any hazardous materials. Failure to do so may result in additional charges or refusal of service.
9. Disposal of Items
Items removed by the Company will be disposed of in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations. The Company reserves the right to determine the appropriate disposal method, including recycling or donation.
10. Privacy and Confidentiality
The Company respects the privacy of its Clients. Personal information collected during the provision of services will be kept confidential and used solely for business purposes.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
